What makes GLOW HR different?

GLOW HR isn’t a call centre style HR service. You will always speak directly with an experienced HR professional who knows your business. We keep things simple, flexible and personal - no jargon, no scripts, just honest advice that helps your business GLOW

What types of businesses do you work with?

We support small and medium-sized businesses we are based in Sussex but due to the remote nature of our business we can support you wherever you are. From start-ups to more established businesses - if you employ people and want down to earth HR support you are our kind of client!

What’s the difference between GLOW Ignite and GLOW Partner?

GLOW Ignite is a one-off set up package that gives you all the HR essentials to get your business compliant and confident.

GLOW Partner is ongoing monthly support that gives you expert HR advice whenever you need it. You could choose to start with Ignite and then move to Partner as your business grows.

What is GLOW Bespoke?

It GLOW Bespoke covers tailored HR projects - from audits and policy refreshes to culture or leadership development work. It’s ideal when you need something more in-depth or strategic.

Do you work remotely or on-site?

Most of our support is delivered remotely via phone, email or video call but we’re happy to visit your site when it adds value. Travel costs will be reimburseable.

Do you provide HR software or manage records?

No - GLOW HR does not hold or manage employee data or files. We’ll guide you on what to keep, but records remain with your business to comply with GDPR.

Are you qualified and insured?

Yes - GLOW HR is CIPD qualified and fully insured. You’re in safe professional hands.

None of your packages are quite right for me - can you still help?

Yes - if our GLOW Ignite or GLOW Partner packages are not quite right for you, get in touch and we'd be happy to discuss how GLOW HR can help your business.
